We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused E-commerce & Customer Service Officer to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The successful candidate will support our day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product management, online order processing, stock updates, inventory records, and customer support. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable using a computer, has basic Excel knowledge, and is interested in building a career in e-commerce and operations.

Salary: ₦150,000 monthly
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage products on the company's e-commerce system.
- Transfer, update, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Assist with warehouse record keeping and inventory control.
- Process online orders accurately and promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional customer support.
- Maintain and update operational records using Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor orders and support smooth day-to-day online operations.
- Work closely with relevant teams to resolve order, stock, and customer issues.
- Perform other duties related to e-commerce and operational support as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Basic computer and system knowledge.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and simple formulas.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, online support, administration, inventory, or a related role is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Victoria Island, Lagos, Monday–Saturday.
